For this we are using a special analysis facility. In addition to the residual dirt analysis of functional components, we have also specialized in the examination of decorative components. Since the cleanliness of the components as a quality mark is gaining more importance, it its more common to see the (CCC = component cleanliness code) in the drawings, therewith it also appears quantified, the measurement of this value plays an increasingly important role.

There are specially designed procedures for this purpose and standards have been developed which create reproducible, cost-effective, fast and reliable results.
The performed residual contamination analyses in our facility meet the standards VDA 19 and ISO 16232. Among our customers we have some of the most prestigious automotive suppliers.

The facility was created and qualified in the Year 2006 as the result of the collaboration between a service provider and a major automotive supplier.
To date we have performed tens of thousands of analysis. With this vast experience, the analysis facility is established in the market.

In the year 2009 they came to be known as the CasoCleanCheck GbR.

The increased demands on the cleanliness of the components not only for the companies but also for us motivate our employees to attend regular training courses. In order to offer our clients a wide range of services in the area of the technical cleanliness. We develop with qualified partners innovative solutions and training courses for our customers. We also conduct audits and consultations on site.

Premises and analysis equipment:

Our rooms e.g. warehouse, extraction room and evaluation room are physically separated. The conditions in the extraction room are permanently controlled.
In addition, there is a permanent, draft-free room air filtration.
The equipment is on the cutting edge of technology and is constantly monitored and maintained.
The company CasoCleanCheck is accredited according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025  since March 2013
In 2017 we have been re-accredited with flexible scope.
