Automatic scanning electron microscopy with X-ray element analysis (SEM/EDS analysis), or simply material analysis, is a state-of-the-art method for comprehensive and precise analysis of hard particles. This process carries out a fully automatic material analysis of all particles to ensure technical cleanliness and to provide you with detailed information on particles on parts and components - including a classification of the hazard potential.
We carry out the SEM / EDS analysis in cooperation with partner laboratories and offer this in addition to the standard analyses.
